7. Licensing & Intellectual Property

• When a client purchases a custom home plan, it includes a one-time build license that grants them the right to use the plan for the construction of a single residence.
• Resale, duplication, or distribution of the design without prior written agreement is not permitted.
• If a client wishes to use the same plan for multiple builds, resale, or modifications for commercial purposes, an extended license or additional agreements must be arranged with House Drafters or the respective designer.
•  In cases where a design is resold or reused beyond the agreed-upon terms, the original designer or House Drafters reserves the right to seek legal remedy for unauthorized use.
•  Any specific agreements allowing full ownership or unlimited use of a design must be explicitly stated in writing at the time of purchase.
